Disney’s Lilo & Stitch is coming to 4K in May

The 2002 film “Lilo & Stitch” comes to 4K UHD Blu-ray, for the first time, on May 6th via Disney. Dean DeBlois & Chris Sanders directed the movie. It featured the voices of Daveigh Chase, Chris Sanders, Tia Carrere, Kevin McDonald, Zoe Caldwell, and Ving Rhames. It’s certainly worth noting that this film is “Certified Fresh” on Rotten Tomatoes, based on critics’ reviews.

The tech specs for the 4K release include a 2160p video presentation in a 1.66:1 aspect ratio with Dolby Vision or HDR10. It will feature Dolby Atmos sound, with a Dolby TrueHD 7.1 core. The release will come as a “combo pack” with the Blu-ray Disc counterpart included. A digital copy, compatible with Movies Anywhere, will also be included.
