“The Invisible Man” 2020 on 4K and Blu-ray May

The 2020 version of “The Invisible Man” is coming to 4K UHD Blu-ray and Blu-ray Disc on May 26th, via Universal, according to retailers. The film, directed by Leigh Whannell & produced by Jason Blum‘s Blumhouse, stars Elisabeth Moss, Oliver Jackson-Cohen, Harriet Dyer, Aldis Hodge, Storm Reid, and Michael Dorman. The film received a very good response from both film critics and moviegoers, in fact, it carries a “Certified Fresh” rating over at Rotten Tomatoes. Tech specs for the 4K release include video presented in the 2.39:1 aspect ratio with HDR10, Dolby Vision, and HDR10+ forms of High Dynamic Range and Dolby Atmos sound on a BD-100 (100 gigabytes) disc. The technical specs for the Blu-ray release include a 1080p HD video presentation in the 2.39:1 aspect ratio and Dolby Atmos sound. Both versions of the film (on home video) will come in the form of a “combo pack” meaning that the 4K will be getting its Blu-ray counterpart, the Blu-ray will be getting a DVD, and each includes a digital code (copy of the film). The bonus materials set to be included on the releases are listed below and do note that the 4K UHD Blu-ray features all the extras in 4K resolution.
