Freaky starring Vince Vaughn comes to Blu-ray in March

The 2020 film “Freaky” is officially coming to Blu-ray Disc on February 9th, 2021, via Universal Studios Home Entertainment. The film, a Blumhouse production, directed and co-written by Christopher Landon, stars Vince Vaughn, Kathryn Newton, Celeste O’Connor, Misha Osherovich, Uriah Shelton, Katie Finneran, Emily Holder, Kelly Lamor Wilson, and Alan Ruck. The tech specs for the Blu-ray release include a 1080p HD presentation in the 2.39:1 aspect ratio with DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 lossless surround sound. The release will come in the form of a “combo pack” meaning that it will include its DVD counterpart and a digital code (copy) of the film. The 2019 Jordan Peele film “Us” is officially coming to both 4K UHD Blu-ray and Blu-ray Disc on June 18th via Universal. The film, “Certified Fresh” over at Rotten Tomatoes, stars Lupita Nyong’o, Winston Duke, Shahadi Wright Joseph, Evan Alex, Tim Heidecker, and Elisabeth Moss.

The tech specs for the 4K release include 2160p video in the 2.39:1 aspect ratio in both HDR10 and Dolby Vision forms of High Dynamic Range with Dolby Atmos sound. Tech specs for the Blu-ray include 1080p video in the 2.39:1 aspect ratio with Dolby Atmos sound.
