The 2013 film Mama comes to 4K in September

The 2013 movie “Mama“ is coming to 4K UHD Blu-ray in a “Collector’s Edition” on September 30th via Scream Factory. Andy Muschietti directed and co-wrote the movie. Guillermo del Toro served as executive producer. It starred Jessica Chastain, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, Megan Charpentier, Daniel Kash, and Isabelle Nelisse.
The motion picture has received a new 2024 4K restoration. The tech specs for the 4K release include a 2160p video presentation in a 1.85:1 aspect ratio with Dolby Vision and HDR10 forms of high dynamic range and lossless DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 surround sound. The release will come as a 2-disc “combo pack” with its Blu-ray Disc counterpart included.
