Things to Do in Denver When You’re Dead on 4K

The 1995 film “Things to Do in Denver When You’re Dead” will come to 4K UHD Blu-ray. It will also be available in a Special Edition Blu-ray. Both will be released on April 29th via KL Studio Classics. Gary Fleder directed the movie. It starred Andy Garcia, Christopher Walken, Christopher Lloyd, Gabrielle Anwar, Treat Williams, Steve Buscemi, Bill Nunn, and William Forsythe.
The movie has received a new master from a 4K Scan of the 35mm original camera negative. The tech specs for the 4K include a 2160p video presentation in the 1.85:1 aspect ratio with Dolby Vision (or HDR10) and DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 surround and 2.0 stereo sound, on a BD-100 disc. Tech specs for the Special Edition Blu-ray include a 1080p video presentation in the 1.85:1 aspect ratio with DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 and 2.0 sound, on a BD-50 disc.
The 4K UHD Blu-ray and Special Edition Blu-ray are now available for preorder at Amazon. You can also preorder directly the 4K and Blu-ray Special Edition on Kino Lorber’s website. The 4K release will come as a “combo pack” with its Blu-ray Disc counterpart included. The bonus materials to be included with the releases are listed below sorted by disc.
