The 2006 film “Slither“ is officially coming to 4K UHD Blu-ray SteelBook on June 23rd via Scream Factory (Shout! Studios).

James Gunn wrote and directed the movie. It starred Nathan Fillion, Elizabeth Banks, and Michael Rooker. The movie has received a 4K scan from the 35mm interpositive approved by Writer/Director James Gunn and Director of Photography Gregory Middleton. The tech specs for the 4K UHD Blu-ray include a 2160p video presentation in a 1.85:1 aspect ratio with Dolby Vision (HDR10-compatible) high dynamic range and Dolby Atmos sound. The release will come as a 2-disc “combo pack” with its Blu-ray Disc counterpart included.

The 4K UHD Blu-ray SteelBook is now available for preorder at Amazon and GRUV. Bonus material to be included with the release is listed below, sorted by disc.
