The 2005 film The Descent comes to 4K in November
The 2005 film “The Descent“ will get a 4K UHD Blu-ray 20th Anniversary SteelBook on November 11th exclusively via Lionsgate Limited. Neil Marshall wrote, directed, and produced the movie. It starred Shauna Macdonald, Natalie Mendoza, Alex Reid, Saskia Mulder, MyAnna Buring, Nora-Jane Noone, and Oliver Milburn. This release will include both the Theatrical and Extended Cuts of the film.
The tech specs for the 4K UHD Blu-ray include a 2160p video presentation in a 2.35:1 aspect ratio with Dolby Vision (HDR10 compatible), high dynamic range, and lossless DTS-HD Master Audio 7.1 surround sound, on a BD-100 disc. This 2-disc set will be a “combo pack” featuring its Blu-ray Disc counterpart, as well as a digital copy. Below you can find a glimpse at the artwork and packaging.
