The 2024 film “Trap” is officially coming to 4K UHD Blu-ray and Blu-ray Disc on November 5th via Warner Bros. Discovery Home Entertainment. The film, written & directed by M. Night Shyamalan, stars Josh Hartnett, Ariel Donoghue, Saleka Shayamalan, Hayley Mills, and Allison Pill.

The tech specs for the 4K release include a 2160p video presentation in the 1.85:1 aspect ratio with Dolby Vision and HDR10 form of high dynamic range and Dolby Atmos sound. Tech specs for the Blu-ray include a 1080p HD video presentation in the 1.85:1 aspect ratio and Dolby Atmos sound. The 4K and Blu-ray physical media releases both include a digital copy. 4K UHD, Blu-ray and DVD arrive on November 5

Burbank, CA, August 23, 2024 – Warner Bros. Pictures’ new experience in the world of M. Night Shayamalan – Trap – featuring performances by rising music star Saleka Shayamalan, arrives for purchase and rental Digitally at home on August 30. The film will also be available to purchase on 4K UHD, Blu-ray and DVD on November 5.

• On August 30, Trap will be available for early Premium Digital Ownership at home and for 48-hour rental via PVOD on participating digital platforms where you purchase movies, including Amazon Prime Video, AppleTV, Google Play, Fandango At Home, and more.

• On November 5, Trap will be available to own on 4K UHD, Blu-ray and DVD. Trap will also continue to be available to own in high definition and standard definition from participating digital retailers.
