The 2025 sequel “Five Nights at Freddy’s 2” is coming to 4K UHD Blu-ray, 4K UHD Blu-ray SteelBook, and Blu-ray on February 17th via Universal Studios Home Entertainment. Emma Tammi directed the movie, which was written by the original game’s creator, Scott Cawthon. It stars Josh Hutcherson, Elizabeth Lail, Piper Rubio, Wayne Knight, and Matthew Lillard.

The tech specs for the 4K UHD Blu-ray include a 2160p video presentation in a 2.00:1 aspect ratio with Dolby Vision (HDR10 compatible) and Dolby Atmos sound, on a BD-100 disc. The tech specs for the Blu-ray include a 1080p HD video presentation in a 2.00:1 aspect ratio and Dolby Atmos sound, on a BD-50 disc. The 4K release(s) will come as a 2-disc “combo pack” with the Blu-ray Disc counterpart included. According to retailers, the 2025 film “Black Phone 2” is coming to 4K UHD Blu-ray and Blu-ray on December 23rd via Universal Studios Home Entertainment. The Blumhouse-produced sequel was co-written and directed by Scott Derrickson, originally based on a short story by Joe Hill. It stars Ethan Hawke, Mason Thames, Madeleine McGraw, Jeremy Davies, Demiรกn Bichir, and Miguel Mora. It’s worth noting that this movie is “Certified Fresh” based on the critics’ reviews on Rotten Tomatoes.

The tech specs for the 4K UHD Blu-ray include a 2160p video presentation in a 2.39:1 aspect ratio with Dolby Vision (HDR10 compatible) and Dolby Atmos sound. The complete limited series “Scott Pilgrim Takes Off“ is coming to Blu-ray Disc on December 2nd via Universal Studios Home Entertainment. The TV series was originally available streaming on Netflix. It was co-created by BenDavid Grabinski and the creator of the “Scott Pilgrim” graphic novels, Bryan Lee O’Malley. It’s certainly worth noting that Edgar Wright served as an executive producer on the series. The animated series featured the voices of Michael Cera, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Kieran Culkin, Chris Evans, Anna Kendrick, Brie Larson, Allison Pill, Aubrey Plaza, Brandon Routh, Jason Schwartzman, and Mae Whitman.

The tech specs for the Blu-ray include a 1080p HD video presentation in a 1.78:1 aspect ratio with lossless DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 surround sound.

The 2005 film “Jarhead” will be coming to 4K UHD Blu-ray and 4K UHD Blu-ray SteelBook on December 16th via Universal Studios Home Entertainment. Sam Mendes directed this motion picture. It starred Jake Gyllenhaal, Jamie Foxx, Lucas Black, and Peter Sarsgaard. The movie is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year.
