The 2025 film Dog Man comes to Blu-ray in April

Universal Studios Home Entertainment will release the 2025 film “Dog Man” on Blu-ray Disc on April 1st. Peter Hastings directed and wrote the film, which is based on the book by Dav Pilkey. The film features the voices of Pete Davidson, Isla Fisher, and Lil Rel Howery. It also includes Ricky Gervais, Poppy Liu, Billy Boyd, and Stephen Root.

The tech specs for the Blu-ray include a 1080p HD video presentation in the 1.85:1 aspect ratio with Dolby TrueHD 7.1 lossless surround sound, on a BD-50 disc. The 2025 film “Companion” is coming to 4K UHD Blu-ray and Blu-ray on April 1st via Warner Bros. Discovery Home Entertainment. The film was written & directed by Drew Hancock. It stars Sophie Thatcher, Jack Quaid, Lukas Gage, Megan Suri, Harvey Guillén, and Rupert Friend. It’s worth noting that this film is “Certified Fresh” by critics and “Verified Hot” by audiences on Rotten Tomatoes.

1992 film Sneakers on 4K and Blu-ray in April

The 1992 film “Sneakers” comes to 4K UHD Blu-ray and Blu-ray Special Edition on April 22nd via KL Studio Classics. The film was directed and co-written by Phil Alden Robinson. It starred Robert Redford, Sidney Poitier, Dan Aykroyd, and the late River Phoenix. It also featured Ben Kingsley, Phil Alden Robinson, and Mary McDonnell. 1996 film The Long Kiss Goodnight on 4K in April

The 1996 film “The Long Kiss Goodnight” is coming to 4K UHD Blu-ray on April 8th via Arrow Video. This release will come as a limited edition set. The film was directed by Renny Harlin and written by Shane Black. It starred Geena Davis, Samuel L. Jackson, Patrick Malahide, David Morse, and Brian Cox.

This features a new 4K restoration from the original 35mm negative approved by director Renny Harlin. The tech specs for the 4K include a 2160p video presentation in the 2.39:1 aspect ratio with Dolby Vision (or HDR10) with Dolby Atmos, DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 lossless surround, and lossless 2.0 stereo sound.
