The 2008 film The Strangers is coming to 4K in September

The 2008 horror film “The Strangers” is officially coming to 4K UHD Blu-ray on September 10th via Scream Factory. The film, written & directed by Bryan Bertino, starred Liv Tyler, Scott Speedman, and Glenn Howerton.
This includes 4K from the original digital intermediate. The tech specs for the 4K release include a 2160p video presentation in the 2.35:1 aspect ratio with Dolby Vision and HDR10 forms of high dynamic range and DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 surround and 2.0 Stereo lossless sound. The release will come as a “combo pack” with its Blu-ray Disc counterparts included. This includes the UNRATED version (on 4K and Blu-ray) and the theatrical version (on Blu-ray). The 4K UHD Blu-ray is now available for preorder at Amazon and direct via the Shout! Factory website with a bonus poster.
