Wonka comes to 4K and Blu-ray Disc in late February

The 2023 film “Wonka” is officially coming to 4K UHD Blu-ray and Blu-ray Disc on February 27th via Warner Bros. Home Entertainment. The film, directed by Paul King, stars Timothée Chalamet, Olivia Colman, Calah Lane, Keegan-Michael Key, Paterson Joseph, Matt Lucas, Mathew Baynton, Sally Hawkins, Rowan Atkinson, Jim Carter, and Hugh Grant.
The tech specs for the 4K UHD Blu-ray include a 2160p video presentation in the 2.39:1 aspect ratio with HDR10 form of high dynamic range and Dolby Atmos sound. Tech specs for the Blu-ray include a 1080p HD video presentation in the 2.39:1 aspect ratio and Dolby Atmos sound. Both releases will include a digital code (copy) of the film compatible with Movies Anywhere. You can now find the 4K UHD Blu-ray and the Blu-ray available for preorder over at Amazon. It’s worth noting that retailer Walmart will be getting an exclusive 4K UHD Blu-ray SteelBook (pictured below) which you can find available for preorder.

2001 Jerry Zucker comedy Rat Race comes to Blu-ray in June

The 2001 comedy “Rat Race” is coming to Blu-ray Disc on June 1st via Paramount Home Entertainment. The film, directed by Jerry Zucker, co-starred Rowan Atkinson, John Cleese, Cuba Gooding Jr., Whoopi Goldberg, Seth Green, Jon Lovitz, Breckin Meyer, and Amy Smart. The tech specs for the Blu-ray have not yet been detailed, nor have bonus materials [if any are] set to be included on the release but stay tuned for an update. “Johnny English Strikes Again” with Rowan Atkinson on Blu-ray in January
The 2018 sequel “Johnny English Strikes Again“ starring Rowan Atkinson is coming to Blu-ray Disc on January 22nd, 2019 via Universal. The film, which was directed by David Kerr, co-stars Ben Miller, Olga Kurylenko, Jake Lacy, Emma Thompson, Adam James, Kevin Eldon, Kendra Mei, and Michael Gambon. The tech specs for Blu-ray include 1080p video in the 2.39:1 aspect ratio and DTS:X sound. The release will come in the form of a “combo pack” with a DVD and Digital Copy of the film included. The film on Blu-ray is now available for pre-order over at Amazon. Bonus materials set to be included on this release are listed below.
