2024 film Babygirl on 4K and Blu-ray in March

The 2024 film “Babygirl” is coming to 4K UHD Blu-ray and Blu-ray Disc on March 18th via A24. The movie was written & directed by Halina Reijn. It stars Nicole Kidman, Harris Dickinson, Antonio Banderas, Sophie Wilde, and Esther McGregor. It’s worth noting this film is “Certified Fresh” based on critics at Rotten Tomatoes.

The tech specs for the 4K release include a 2160p video presentation in the 2.00:1 aspect ratio with Dolby Vision (or HDR10) form of high dynamic range and Dolby Atmos sound. Tech specs for the Blu-ray include a 1080p HD video presentation in the 2.00:1 aspect ratio with Dolby Atmos sound.

The 1992 film Far and Away is coming to 4K in December

The 1992 film “Far and Away” is officially coming to 4K UHD Blu-ray on December 17th via Shout Select (Shout! Studios). The film, directed and co-written by Ron Howard, starred Tom Cruise, Nicole Kidman, Thomas Gibson, Robert Prosky, Barbara Babcock, and Colm Meaney.

The movie has received a “4K transfer of the 35mm interpositive approved by cinematographer Mikael Salomon.” The tech specs for the 4K include a 2160p video presentation in the 2.39:1 aspect ratio with Dolby Vision and HDR10 forms of high dynamic range with Dolby Atmos as well as DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 and 2.0 Stereo lossless sound. The release will come as a “combo pack” with its Blu-ray counterpart included.

2007 film The Invasion on 4K and Blu-ray in November

The 2007 film “The Invasion” is officially coming to 4K UHD Blu-ray and Blu-ray Disc Limited Editions on November 12th via Arrow Video. The science fiction film, directed by Oliver Hirschbiegel, starred Nicole Kidman, Daniel Craig, Jeremy Northam, Jackson Bond, Jeffrey Wright, and Veronica Cartwright.

Tech specs for the 4K release include a 2160p video presentation in the 1.85:1 aspect ratio with Dolby Vision and HDR10 forms of high dynamic range and DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 lossless surround sound. Tech specs for the Blu-ray include a 1080p HD video presentation in the 1.85:1 aspect ratio with DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 lossless surround sound. The 4K UHD Blu-ray and Blu-ray Limited Editions are now available for preorder at Amazon. The 2023 film “Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom” is officially coming to 4K UHD Blu-ray and Blu-ray Disc on March 12th via Warner Bros. Home Entertainment.  The film, directed by James Wan, stars Jason Momoa, Patrick Wilson, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Amber Heard, Nicole Kidman, Randall Park, Temuera Morrison, Dolph Lundgren, and Martin Short.

The tech specs for the 4K release include a 2160p video presentation with Dolby Vision and HDR10 form of high dynamic range and Dolby Atmos sound.  The tech specs for the Blu-ray release include a 1080p HD video presentation and Dolby Atmos sound.  Both releases will contain a digital code (copy) of the film.  You can now find the 4K UHD Blu-ray and Blu-ray available for preorder at Amazon.  It’s worth noting that a “2-Film Collection” Blu-ray Disc set will be available, which is also available at Amazon for preorder. 2004 film The Stepford Wives is coming to Blu-ray in June

The 2004 film adaptation of “The Stepford Wives” starring Nicole Kidman is coming to Blu-ray Disc on June 1st via Paramount Home Entertainment. The film, based on the book (of the same title) and directed by Frank Oz, co-starred Matthew Broderick, Bette Midler, Christopher Walken, Faith Hill, Jon Lovitz, and Glenn Close. HBO limited series The Undoing comes to Blu-ray in March

Kelley and directed by Susanne Bier, starred Nicole Kidman, Hugh Grant, Edgar Ramirez, Noah Jupe, Lily Rabe, Noma Dumezweni, Sofie Gråbøl, Matilda De Angelis, Ismael Cruz Córdova, and Donald Sutherland.
