The 2022 film adaptation of “Death on the Nile” is officially coming to 4K UHD Blu-ray and Blu-ray Disc on April 5th via 20th Century Studios (Disney). The film, based on the novel written by Agatha Christie, directed by and co-starring Kenneth Branagh, stars Tom Bateman, Annette Benning, Russell Brand, Ali Fazal, Dawn French, Gal Gadot, Armie Hammer, Rosie Leslie, Emma Mackey, Sophie Okonedo, Jennifer Saunders, and Letitia Wright.
The tech specs for the 4K release include a 2160p video presentation in the 2.39:1 aspect ratio with HDR10 form of high dynamic range and Dolby Atmos sound. Tech specs for the Blu-ray include a 1080p HD video presentation in the 2.39:1 aspect and DTS-HD Master Audio 7.1 lossless surround sound. The 4K will come in the form of a “combo pack” including its Blu-ray Disc counterpart. Both releases will include a digital code (copy) of the film.

The 2021 film “Belfast“ is officially coming to Blu-ray on March 1st via Universal Studios Home Entertainment. The film, written & directed by Kenneth Branagh, stars Caitríona Balfe, Judi Dench, Jamie Dornan, Ciarán Hinds, Colin Morgan, and Jude Hill. It is most certainly worth noting, at the time of writing, this film is “Certified Fresh” over at Rotten Tomatoes.
The tech specs for the Blu-ray include a Black & White 1080p HD video presentation in the 1.85:1 aspect ratio with DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 lossless surround sound on a BD-50 disc. The 1994 film “Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein” is coming to 4K UHD Blu-ray on March 29th, 2022 via Arrow Video. The film, directed by Kenneth Branagh and from a script co-written by Frank Darabont, starred Robert De Niro, Helena Bonham Carter, Tom Hulce, Aidan Quinn, Kenneth Branagh, and Ian Holm.

The film, directed by Kenneth Branagh (also in the cast), starred Andy Garcia, Emma Thompson, Lois Hall, Richard Easton, Jo Anderson, Patrick Montes, Robin Williams, Wayne Knight, and Derek Jacobi.

The 2020 film “Tenet” starring John David Washington is officially coming to both 4K UHD Blu-ray and Blu-ray Disc on December 15th, via Warner. The film, written and directed by Christopher Nolan, co-stars Robert Pattinson, Elizabeth Debicki, Dimple Kapadia, Martin Donovan, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Kenneth Branagh, and Michael Caine.
The 4K UHD Blu-ray will arrive as a “combo pack” meaning that it will include a Blu-ray Disc counterpart and a digital code (copy) of the film. The Blu-ray release (pictured below) will also come as a “combo pack” and include a DVD counterpart and a digital code (copy) of the film. Tech specs for the 4K UHD Blu-ray release include a 2160p presentation with HDR10 form of high dynamic range and a DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 sound mix. The Blu-ray release should include a 1080p presentation and also should contain a DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 sound mix.
The five “Marvel Cinematic Universe” films “Iron Man“ (2008), “Iron Man 2“ (2010), “Iron Man 3“ (2013), “Thor“ (2011), and “Thor: The Dark World“ (2013) are all coming to 4K UHD Blu-ray on August 13th via Disney‘s Marvel Studios. These films’ tech specs on 4K all include 2160p video with HDR10 form of High Dynamic Range and Dolby Atmos sound. One last thing from a technical side: there is a variety of the 2.35:1 to 2.40:1 aspect ratios on the five different films. These films all will come in the form of “combo pack” with the Blu-ray Disc counterpart and a digital copy of each included.
All five of these “MCU” film on 4K UHD Blu-ray are now available for pre-order over at Amazon and Best Buy. The 4K release will come in the form of a “combo pack” with a Blu-ray Disc included as well as a digital copy of the film. According to an early alert to retails the “Jack Ryan 5-Film Collection” it seems is coming to 4K UHD Blu-ray on August 21st via Paramount. The films had been rumored for 4K release individually, however now we get confirmation via this retail listing that they will be bundled – just as the first 4 films have been on both Blu-ray and HD-DVD formats. The release contains the following films:
