The TV series “Killing Eve: Season 3“ is coming to Blu-ray on September 15th, via Image Entertainment, according to an early retailer listing. The show, which airs on BBC America and AMC, created by Phoebe Waller-Bridge, stars Jodie Comer and Sandra Oh. Tech specs and bonus materials for the release have not yet been detailed. You can now find this Blu-ray Disc available for preorder over at Amazon.
Lastly, it is certainly worth mentioning here that this would be the first season of the show that isn’t released directly by BBC Studios if indeed Image Entertainment is distributing this. Based on the cover art, this could be true and not a typo in the listing, but I’ll be looking and making sure this is in fact true regarding the distributor — as other retailers start to list this. The 2019 Shudder original TV series “Creepshow: Season 1“ is coming to Blu-ray Disc on May 19th, via Image Entertainment (RLJE), according to Amazon. The show was based on the first two films of the same title and was produced by Greg Nicotero. In its first season, across six episodes and 12 tales, the show featured guest stars such as Adrienne Barbeau, Tobin Bell, Giancarlo Esposito, Dana Gould, Jeffrey Combs, DJ Qualls, and David Arquette. Tech specs for the Blu-ray have yet to be fully detailed but it is known that you can expect it to span across a 3-disc set. Stay tuned for any updates regarding bonus materials as well for the release, if and when I can get more info regarding it. The 2018 film “Galveston” starring Ben Foster and Elle Fanning is coming to both 4K UHD Blu-ray and Blu-ray Disc on December 11th via RLJ Entertainment, according to early alerts to retailers. The film, directed by Mélanie Laurent, co-stars Lili Reinhart, Robert Aramayo, and Beau Bridges. Tech specs for the release and bonus materials have not yet been detailed. It is known that the 4K release will come in the from of a “combo pack” getting a Blu-ray included of the film – also likely for bonus materials. The 4K UHD Blu-ray and Blu-ray are available to pre-order over at Amazon.
The 2018 thriller “Ride“ starring Bella Thorne is coming to Blu-ray Disc on December 4th via RLJE according to an early alert to retailers. The film, written & directed by Jeremy Ungar, co-stars Jessie T. Usher and Will Brill. Tech specs and bonus materials have not yet been detailed for this release, but stay tuned. The title is available now for PRE-ORDER over at Amazon. RLJE Films acquired the theatrical and home video distribution rights to this film back in July, as can be read in an article from Variety. The film (as of last week) is getting a limited theatrical run.
The 2018 film “Arizona” starring Rosemarie DeWitt and Danny McBride is coming to both 4K UHD Blu-ray and Blu-ray Disc on October 16th via RLJ Entertainment. The film, directed by Jonathan Watson, also co-stars Luke Wilson, Elizabeth Gillies, Kaitlin Olson, David Alan Grier, Lolli Sorenson, and Seth Rogen. Tech specs for the release and bonus materials have not yet been detailed, but stay tuned. It is known (via the art pictured above) that the 4K release will also include a Blu-ray. The film is available for PRE-ORDER on both 4K UHD Blu-ray and Blu-ray over at Amazon. The 2018 Panos Cosmatos written and directed horror / thriller “Mandy“ starring Nicolas Cage is coming to Blu-ray Disc on October 30th via RLJ Entertainment. The film has received much critical acclaim and as a result, at time of writing, carries a “Certified Fresh” badge over at Rotten Tomatoes with a shocking 98% rating based on critic reviews.
