The tech specs for the releases should include the previous 2160p video presentations in the original aspect ratios with HDR10 form of high dynamic range and DTS:X sound for each film. This set will come in the form of a “combo pack” meaning that it will also include the Blu-ray Disc counterpart in 1080p HD. All of this spanning across a 17-disc set. It’s unclear if a digital copy of each film will be included or not here, yet, but stay tuned for a possible update on that soon. The 2003 film “Big Fish”directed by Tim Burton is officially coming to 4K UHD Blu-ray on May 4th via Sony Pictures Home Entertainment. The film, based on the novel by Daniel Wallace, starred Ewan McGregor, Albert Finney, Billy Crudup, Jessica Lange, Helena Bonham Carter, Alison Lohman, Missi Pyle, Steve Buscemi, and Danny DeVito. This movie has received a new 4K remaster from the original camera negative. The tech specs for the 4K UHD Blu-ray release include a 2160p presentation in the original 1.85:1 aspect ratio with HDR10 form of high dynamic range and Dolby Atmos sound as well as the original 5.1 lossless theatrical sound mix (in DTS-HD Master Audio). The release will come in the form of a “combo pack” meaning that it will include its Blu-ray Disc counterpart and a digital code (copy) of the film. The TV series “The Crown: The Complete Third Season“ is officially coming to Blu-ray Disc on November 3rd, via Sony Pictures Home Entertainment. The TV series, which premiered in 2016 and created by Peter Morgan, stars Olivia Colman, Tobias Menzies, Helena Bonham Carter, Ben Daniels, Marion Bailey, Josh O’Connor, and Erin Doherty. The tech specs for the third season of the show on Blu-ray include a 1080p HD presentation in the 2.00:1 aspect ratio and DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 surround sound. The film, directed by Kenneth Branagh, featured a cast of Lily James, Cate Blanchett, Richard Madden, Helena Bonham Carter, Nonso Anozie, and Stellan Skarsgard. Tech specs for the 4K release include 2160p video in the 2.39:1 aspect ratio with HDR10 form of High Dynamic Range and Dolby Atmos sound. The 4K UHD Blu-ray is now available for pre-order over at Amazon, Best Buy, and Target. The 4K release will come in the form of a “combo pack” with a Blu-ray Disc included as well as a digital copy of the film. Retailer Best Buy will be getting an Exclusive 4K Steelbook release for the film which you can find available for pre-order and pictured below.

The 2018 Gary Ross directed film “Ocean’s 8” starring Sandra Bullock is coming to both 4K UHD Blu-ray and Blu-ray Disc on September 11th via Warner. It’s very worth noting that the film co-stars Cate Blanchett, Anne Hathaway, Mindy Kaling, Sarah Paulson, Awkwafina, Rihanna, and Helena Bonham Carter.
Tech specs for the 4K UHD Blu-ray include full 2160p 4K in both HDR10 and Dolby Vision forms of High Dynamic Range with Dolby Atmos sound. As far as for the Blu-ray Disc: it will receive full 1080p HD video and Dolby Atmos sound. Both releases will come in the form of a “combo pack” with the 4K getting a Blu-ray Disc, the Blu-ray getting a DVD, and both getting a Digital Copy of the film included. The 4K UHD Blu-ray and Blu-ray Disc are available for PRE-ORDER now over at Amazon.
