Love Hurts comes to 4K and Blu-ray in April

The 2025 film “Love Hurts” comes to 4K UHD Blu-ray and Blu-ray on April 1st via Universal Studios Home Entertainment. Jonathan Eusebio directed the movie. It stars Ke Huy Quan, Ariana DeBose, Daniel Wu, Mustafa Shakir, Lio Tipton, Cam Gigandet, and Sean Astin.

The tech specs for the 4K include a 2160p video presentation in the 2.00:1 aspect ratio with Dolby Vision (or HDR10) and Dolby Atmos sound, on a BD-66 disc. Tech specs for the Blu-ray include a 1080p HD video presentation in the 2.00:1 aspect ratio with Dolby Atmos sound, on a BD-50 disc. The 4K will come as a “combo pack” (with its Blu-ray counterpart included). Both releases will feature a digital copy compatible with Movies Anywhere.

Westworld Season 4 on 4K and Blu-ray in November

The HBO TV series “Westworld: Season Four: The Choice” is officially coming to 4K UHD Blu-ray and Blu-ray Disc on November 29th via Warner Bros. Home Entertainment.  The show, created by Lisa Joy and Jonathan Nolan, in its fourth season stars Evan Rachel Wood, Ed Harris, Jeffrey Wright, Tessa Thompson, Aaron Paul, Luke Hemsworth, Angela Sarafyan, Ariana DeBose, Aurora Perrineau, and Daniel Wu.

The tech specs for the 4K UHD Blu-ray release include a 2160p video presentation with HDR10 form of high dynamic range and lossless [presumably DTS-HD Master Audio] 5.1 surround sound, spanning across a 3-discs [for 4K].  Tech specs for the Blu-ray release include a 1080p HD video presentation and 5.1 lossless surround sound, spanning across a 2-disc set.  The 4K release will come in the form of a “combo pack” meaning that it will include the Blu-ray Disc counterparts of the fourth season as well as a digital code (copy).

Into the Badlands Season 3 Blu-ray August

The TV show “Into the Badlands: The Complete Third Season“ is coming to Blu-ray Disc on August 27th via Lionsgate. The show, as seen on AMC, stars Daniel Wu, Aramis Knight, Emily Beecham, Orla Brady, Sherman Augustus, and Babou Ceesay. Tech specs for the Blu-ray release include 1080p HD video in the 1.78:1 aspect ratio with Dolby TrueHD 5.1 sound. The release will include a digital copy of the third season of the show. You can now find the Blu-ray available for pre-order over at Amazon. No bonus materials are listed to be included.
