The Housemaid arrives on 4K and Blu-ray in March

Mean Girls [2004] gets a standard 4K in February

The tech specs for the 4K UHD Blu-ray include a 2160p video presentation in a 1.85:1 aspect ratio with Dolby Vision (HDR10 compatible) and lossless Dolby TrueHD 5.1 surround sound, on a BD-66 disc. The release will include a digital code (copy) compatible with AppleTV and Fandango at Home (formerly VUDU).

2004 version of Mean Girls is coming to 4K in April

According to retailers, the 2004 original version of the film “Mean Girls” is coming to 4K UHD Blu-ray in a limited edition release on April 30th via Paramount Home Entertainment. The film, celebrating its 20th anniversary, was directed by Mark Waters, and starred Lindsay Lohan, Rachel McAdams, Tina Fey, Tim Meadows, Amy Poehler, Ana Gasteyer, Lacey Chabert, Lizzy Caplan, Daniel Franzese, Jonathan Bennett, and Amanda Seyfried.

The release’s tech specs and bonus materials have yet to be announced but stay tuned for an update. The release will include a digital code (copy) of the film. The 4K UHD Blu-ray is available for preorder now over at Amazon. This will be a limited edition release with special packaging, shown below.

“Scoob!” is coming to 4K and Blu-ray in July

The 2020 animated film “Scoob!” appears to be coming to 4K UHD Blu-ray and Blu-ray Disc on July 21st via Warner, according to multiple retailer listings. The film, based on “Scooby-Doo” and directed by Tony Cervone, features the voice talents of Will ForteMark WahlbergJason Isaacs, Gina Rodriguez, Zac Efron, Amanda Seyfried, Kiersey Clemons, Ken JeongTracy Morgan, and Frank Welker (as “Scooby-Doo”).

Tech specs and bonus materials for the releases have not yet been detailed but stay tuned for an update when the title gets officially announced by the studio [Warner]. It is known (from art) that the 4K release will come in the form of a “combo pack” meaning that the 4K will get a Blu-ray included and each version, including Blu-ray, will come with a digital code (copy) of the film. The Art of Racing in the Rain comes to Blu-ray

The 2019 film The Art of Racing in the Rain is officially coming to Blu-ray Disc on November 5th via Fox. The film, directed by Simon Curtis & based on the Garth Stein novel, stars Milo Ventimiglia, Amanda Seyfried, Kathy Baker, Ryan Kiera Armstrong, Gary Cole, Martin Donovan, and features the voice of Kevin Costner.
