
The 2018 Christopher McQuarrie directed film “Mission: Impossible Fallout” starring Tom Cruise is officially coming to both 4K UHD Blu-ray and Blu-ray Disc on December 4th via Paramount. The film co-stars Henry Cavill, Ving Rhames, Simon Pegg, Rebecca Ferguson, Vanessa Kirby, Michelle Monaghan, Angela Bassett, Sean Harris, Wes Bentley, and Alec Baldwin.
Tech specs for the 4K UHD Blu-ray release include 2160p video in the 2.39:1 aspect ratio with both HDR10 and Dolby Vision forms of High Dynamic Range as well as Dolby Atmos sound. The tech specs for the Blu-ray Disc release include 1080p video in the 2.39:1 aspect ratio and Dolby Atmos sound. Both versions will come in the form of a 3-Disc “combo pack” with the 4K release including a Blu-ray, the Blu-ray release including a DVD, and both including a Digital Copy of the film. The 4K UHD Blu-ray and the Blu-ray versions of the film are both available for PRE-ORDER over at Amazon. Bonus materials set to be included on the releases are listed below.

Admittedly, the release date doesn’t come as a huge surprise, as it had previously been reported here as a rumor but, now we get official confirmation from the studio in form of a press release, which can be found further below, after the break, along with the art for the Blu-ray version.
