Criterion brings Punch-Drunk Love to 4K in February

The 2002 film “Punch-Drunk Love” will be released on 4K UHD Blu-ray on February 4th via The Criterion Collection. The film was written and directed by Paul Thomas Anderson. It starred Adam Sandler, Emily Watson, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Luis Guzmán, and Mary Lynn Rajskub. It’s worth noting that this film is “Certified Fresh” on Rotten Tomatoes.

The movie has received a 4K digital restoration, supervised and approved by director Paul Thomas Anderson. Terrifier 3 comes to 4K and Blu-ray in December

These “Collector’s Editions” will be released via Cinedigm. The film was written and directed by Damien Leone. It stars David Howard Thornton, Lauren Lavera, and Elliott Fullam. Other cast members include Samantha Scaffidi, Antonella Rose, Margaret Anne Florence, and Bryce Johnson. Also featured are Alexa Blair, Mason Mecartea, Krsy Fox, and Clint Howard. Jon Abrahams, Chris Jericho, Daniel Roebuck, and Jason Patric are also part of the cast. It’s worth noting that this film is “Certified Fresh” (by critics) and “Verified Hot” (by audiences) on Rotten Tomatoes.

It’s worth noting that this film is “Certified Fresh” (by critics) on Rotten Tomatoes.

The tech specs for the 4K release include a 2160p video presentation in the 1.85:1 aspect ratio with Dolby Vision and HDR10 forms of high dynamic range and Dolby Atmos sound. The 2000 film “Reindeer Games” will be released in two formats. It will be available on 4K UHD Blu-ray and Special Edition Blu-ray Disc. The release date is January 14th via KL Studio Classics. The film was directed by John Frankenheimer. It starred Ben AffleckCharlize Theron, and Gary Sinise. It also featured Dennis FarinaClarence Williams IIIIsaac Hayes, and Danny Trejo. The movie’s theatrical cut has received a new 4K master from a 4K scan of the 35mm original camera negative. The tech specs for the 4K release include a 2160p video presentation of the theatrical cut in the 2.35:1 aspect ratio with Dolby Vision and HDR10 forms of high dynamic range and DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 surround and lossless 2.0 sound, on a BD-100 disc. The tech specs for the Special Edition Blu-ray include a 1080p video presentation of the Director’s Cut in the 2.35:1 aspect ratio and DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 and 2.0 lossless sound, on a BD-50 disc.
