“Yellowstone” TV series starring Kevin Costner is coming to Blu-ray in December

The TV series Yellowstone: Season 1 starring Kevin Costner is coming to Blu-ray Disc on December 4th via Paramount, according to an early alert to retailers. The show, which airs on the Paramount Network channel, co-stars Wes Bentley,  Ian BohenLuke GrimesKelly ReillyGil BirminghamCole Hauser, and  Danny Huston. At this time no bonus materials or tech specs for the release have yet been detailed. Stay tuned for any updates regarding this upcoming release. “Invasion of the Body Snatchers” gets a Signature release on Blu-ray in October

The original 1956 Don Siegel directed film adaptation of Invasion of the Body Snatchers starring Kevin McCarthy and Dana Wynter is getting a “Olive Signature” edition Blu-ray Disc release on October 16th via distributor Olive Films. The film has received a new high-definition digital restoration, according to the distributor. This new version on Blu-ray Disc is now available for PRE-ORDER over at Amazon. A list of bonus materials set to be included on the release are listed below.

  • Audio Commentary by film historian Richard Harland Smith
  • Audio Commentary by actors Kevin McCarthy and Dana Wynter, and filmmaker Joe Dante
  • “The Stranger in Your Lover’s Eyes” – A two-part visual essay with actor and son of director Don Siegel, Kristoffer Tabori, reading from his father’s book A Siegel Film

“Papillon” remake with Charlie Hunnam and Rami Malek on Blu-ray in November

The 2017 Michael Noer directed remake of the film Papillon starring Charlie Hunnam and Rami Malek is coming to Blu-ray Disc on November 6th via Universal Studios Home Entertainment. The film is a remake of the 1973 film of the same title. Tech specs for the release include 1080p HD video in the 2.40:1 aspect ratio and DTS-HD 5.1 Master Audio sound. The title on Blu-ray is available for PRE-ORDER over at Amazon. The only bonus materials set to be included on the release are a digital copy of the film and Deleted Scenes.

“Beyond the Sky” with Ryan Carnes and Jordan Hinson on Blu-ray in November

The 2018 Fulvio Sestito directed film Beyond the Sky starring Ryan Carnes and Jordan Hinson is coming to Blu-ray Disc on November 6th via RLJ Entertainment, according to an early alert to retailers. Tech specs and bonus materials for the release have not yet been detailed, but stay tuned for any updates. The film co-stars Peter Stormare, Dee Wallace, Claude DuhamelMartin Sensmeier, and Don Stark. The title on Blu-ray is now available for PRE-ORDER over at Amazon.
