The 1999 film Deep Blue Sea is coming to 4K in March

The 1999 film “Deep Blue Sea” will be released on March 18th via Arrow Video on 4K UHD Blu-ray Limited Edition and also Blu-ray Disc Limited Edition. Renny Harlin directed the film. This movie starred Samuel L. Jackson, Saffron Burrows, Thomas Jane, Jacqueline McKenzie, Michael Rapaport, Stellan Skarsgård, LL Cool J, Aida Turturro, Cristos, and Ronny Cox.

The movie has received a new 4K restoration from the original camera negatives by Arrow Films approved by director Renny Harlin. The tech specs for the 4K release include a 2160p video presentation in the 2.39:1 aspect ratio with Dolby Vision (or HDR10) form of high dynamic range and Dolby Atmos and DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 lossless surround sound. The tech specs for the Blu-ray release include a 1080p HD video presentation in the 2.39:1 aspect ratio with Dolby Atmos and DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 lossless surround sound.
