Pride & Prejudice [2005] on 4K in November

The 2005 film adaptation of “Pride & Prejudice” arrives on 4K UHD Blu-ray in a standard release and 4K UHD Blu-ray “20th Anniversary Collector’s Edition” on November 25th via Universal Studios Home Entertainment. Joe Wright directed this adaptation of Jane Austen‘s classic novel (of the same title). The movie starred Keira Knightley, Matthew Macfadyen, Talulah Riley, Rosamund Pike, Jena Malone, Carey Mulligan, Simon Woods, Rupert Friend, and Donald Sutherland.
The tech specs for the 4K UHD Blu-ray include a 2160p video presentation in a 2.35:1 aspect ratio with Dolby Vision (HDR10 compatible) high dynamic range and Dolby Atmos sound, on a BD-100 disc. The 4K standard release and Collector’s Edition set will each come as a 2-disc “combo pack” with the Blu-ray Disc counterpart included. Also, each will feature a digital copy of the film, compatible with Movies Anywhere.
The standard 4K UHD Blu-ray and the “20th Anniversary Collector’s Edition” 4K UHD Blu-ray gift set are each now available for preorder at Amazon. Also, you can find the 4K standard and Collector’s Edition 4K available for preorder at online retailer GRUV.
