The 2025 film Dog Man comes to Blu-ray in April

Universal Studios Home Entertainment will release the 2025 film “Dog Man” on Blu-ray Disc on April 1st. Peter Hastings directed and wrote the film, which is based on the book by Dav Pilkey. The film features the voices of Pete Davidson, Isla Fisher, and Lil Rel Howery. It also includes Ricky Gervais, Poppy Liu, Billy Boyd, and Stephen Root.

The tech specs for the Blu-ray include a 1080p HD video presentation in the 1.85:1 aspect ratio with Dolby TrueHD 7.1 lossless surround sound, on a BD-50 disc. The release will come with a digital copy of the film, compatible with Movies Anywhere. You can find the Blu-ray available for preorder at Amazon. 2007 Matthew Vaughn film Stardust on 4K in September

The 2007 film “Stardust“ is coming to 4K UHD Blu-ray in SteelBook on September 24th via Paramount Home Entertainment. The film, directed by Matthew Vaughn & based on the Neil Gaiman novel, included a cast of Claire Danes, Charlie Cox, Michelle Pfeiffer, Robert De Niro, Peter O’Toole, Rupert Everett, Ricky Gervais, and Henry Cavill, with the voice talent of Ian McKellen (as the narrator).

The release will come as a “combo pack” with its Blu-ray Disc counterpart and a digital copy included. The tech specs and bonus materials for the 4K UHD Blu-ray SteelBook release have yet to be announced but stay tuned for an update. UPDATE: Retailer Walmart will be getting their own exclusive 4K UHD Blu-ray SteelBook on the same day [9/24] which includes 5 collectible character cards (pictured below). You can now find it available for preorder.

2015 film The Little Prince arrives on Blu-ray in February

The 2015 stop-motion animated film “The Little Prince” is coming to Blu-ray Disc, for the very first time in North America, on February 9th via Paramount. The film, directed by Mark Osborne, featured a voice cast that included the talents of Jeff Bridges, Rachel McAdams, Paul Rudd, Bud Cort, Benicio Del Toro, James Franco, Ricky Gervais, Paul Giamatti, Riley Osborne, Albert Brooks, and Mackenzie Foy. The tech specs and bonus materials for the release have not yet been detailed but you can expect the studio [Paramount] to very likely officially announce this title next week. Stay tuned for an update regarding the tech specs and bonus materials. It is known, from the art (pictured above) that the release will come with a digital code (copy) of the film.
