2000 Guy Ritchie film Snatch gets a 4K UHD Blu-ray in July

The 2000 film “Snatch” is officially coming to 4K UHD Blu-ray on July 13th via Sony Pictures Home Entertainment. The film, both written & directed by Guy Ritchie, starred Jason StathamBrad PittBenicio Del Toro, Dennis Farina, Vinne JonesRade Serbedzija, Andy Beckwith, Robbie Gee, Lennie James, Ade, Jason Flemyng, and Alan Ford. This movie has been “newly remastered in 4K resolution from the original camera negative.” Tech specs for the 4K release include a 2160p video presentation in the 1.85:1 aspect ratio with HDR10 form of high dynamic range and Dolby Atmos as well as the original US/UK theatrical DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 surround sound. The release will come in the form of a “combo pack” meaning that it will come with its Blu-ray Disc counterpart as well as a digital code (copy) of the film.
