The Conjuring: Last Rites comes to 4K and Blu-ray

It’s certainly worth noting that “The Conjuring: 4-Film Collection” will be available on Blu-ray on November 25th, also via Warner. This set is now available for preorder at Amazon and GRUV.

The tech specs for the 4K UHD Blu-ray include a 2160p presentation in a variable aspect ratio of 2.39:1 and 1.78:1, along with Dolby Vision (HDR10 compatible) and Dolby Atmos sound. Tech specs for the Blu-ray include a 1080p HD video presentation in a variable aspect ratio of 2.39:1 with Dolby Atmos sound. The 4K UHD Blu-ray SteelBook will come as a 2-disc “combo pack” with its Blu-ray Disc counterpart included. The 2013 film “The Conjuring” is coming to 4K UHD Blu-ray and 4K UHD Blu-ray SteelBook on August 26th via Warner Bros. Discovery Home Entertainment. James Wan directed the movie. It starred Patrick Wilson, Vera Farmiga, Ron Livingston, and Lili Taylor. It’s worth noting that the film remains “Certified Fresh” (based on critics) at Rotten Tomatoes.

The tech specs for the 4K release(s) include a 2160p video presentation in a 2.39:1 aspect ratio with HDR10 form of high dynamic and lossless DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 surround sound. Both the standard 4K and 4K SteelBook will include a digital copy of the film, compatible with Movies Anywhere.

Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom on Blu-ray and 4K in March

The 2023 film “Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom” is officially coming to 4K UHD Blu-ray and Blu-ray Disc on March 12th via Warner Bros. Home Entertainment.  The film, directed by James Wan, stars Jason Momoa, Patrick Wilson, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Amber Heard, Nicole Kidman, Randall Park, Temuera Morrison, Dolph Lundgren, and Martin Short.
