Greenland 2: Migration on 4K and Blu-ray in March

The 2026 sequel “Greenland 2: Migration” is coming to 4K UHD Blu-ray and Blu-ray on March 31st via Lionsgate. It’s also worth noting that the first film, “Greenland,” will also finally be coming to 4K UHD Blu-ray on the same day [3/31].

Ric Roman Waugh directed the film(s), which star Gerard Butler and Morena Baccarin. The sequel co-stars Roman Griffin Davis, Amber Rose Revah, Sophie Thompson, Trond Fausa, and William Abadie.

The tech specs [for the second film] on 4K UHD Blu-ray include a 2160p video presentation in a 2.39:1 aspect ratio with HDR10 and Dolby Atmos sound. Tech specs for the Blu-ray include a 1080p HD video presentation in a 2.39:1 aspect ratio and Dolby Atmos sound. The 4K will come as a 2-disc “combo pack” with its Blu-ray Disc counterpart included. Both the 4K UHD Blu-ray and Blu-ray releases will come with a digital code (copy) of the film.

The 4K UHD Blu-ray and Blu-ray are now available for preorder at Amazon. The bonus materials to be included with the sequel, on 4K and Blu-ray, are listed below.

As mentioned, the 2000 film [“Greenland”] will also be finally getting a 4K UHD Blu-ray release on the very same date [March 31st] via Lionsgate. Its artwork is below, and you can find the 4K UHD Blu-ray available for preorder now at Amazon. The tech specs and bonus materials have not yet been detailed for the first film on 4K, but it is known that it will be a 2-disc “combo pack” with its Blu-ray Disc counterpart included, along with a digital code (copy) of the film via paper insert. You can expect all of the Blu-ray extras to be ported over. Stay tuned for an update on the specifics for this release.

Deadpool & Wolverine on 4K and Blu-ray in October

The 2024 film “Deadpool & Wolverine” is officially coming to 4K UHD Blu-ray, 4K UHD Blu-ray SteelBook, and Blu-ray Disc on October 22nd via 20th Century Studios (Disney). The film, directed by Shawn Levy, stars Ryan Reynolds, Hugh Jackman, Emma Corrin, Matthew Macfadyen, Dafne Keen, Jon Favreau, Morena Baccarin, Rob Delaney, Leslie Uggams, Karan Soni, Jennifer Garner, Wesley Snipes, Channing Tatum, and Chris Evans. It’s worth noting that this film is “Certified Fresh” on Rotten Tomatoes.

The tech specs for the 4K include a 2160p video presentation in the 2.39:1 aspect ratio with Dolby Vision and HDR10 forms of high dynamic range and Dolby Atmos sound, on a BD-66 disc. Tech specs for the Blu-ray include a 1080p HD video presentation in the 2.39:1 aspect ratio with DTS-HD Master Audio 7.1 lossless surround sound, on a BD-50 disc. The 4K releases will come as a “combo pack” with the Blu-ray Disc counterpart included. Both the 4K and Blu-ray releases will feature a digital copy.

The 2019 animated film “To Your Last Death” is coming to Blu-ray Disc on October 6th via Quiver Films. The film, directed by Jason Axinn, features the voice talents of Morena Baccarin, William Shatner, Ray Wise, Dani Lennon, and Bill Moseley. The 2018 sequel “Deadpool 2” starring Ryan Reynolds is coming to 4K UHD Blu-ray and Blu-ray Disc on August 21st via Fox Home Entertainment.

UPDATE: Tech specs for the 4K UHD Blu-ray release include full 2160p 4K video in the 2.39:1 aspect ratio and Dolby Atmos sound. Tech specs for the Blu-ray Disc release include full 1080p HD video in the 2.39:1 aspect ratio and DTS-HD 7.1 Master Audio sound. A “Super Duper Cut” (extended UNRATED cut) of the film, with an additional 15 minutes will be included. The title is available for PRE-ORDER on both 4K UHD Blu-ray and Blu-ray Disc now at Amazon. It’s also going to be available in an exclusive Steelbook on both formats over at Best Buy, where you’ll find the PRE-ORDER links to the 4K UHD Blu-ray Steelbook and Blu-ray Disc Steelbook.
