The 2000 film What Lies Beneath on 4K in May

The 2000 film “What Lies Beneath“ will be released on 4K UHD Blu-ray on May 6th via Scream Factory. This is the “25th Anniversary Edition.” Robert Zemeckis directed the film which starred Harrison Ford, Michelle Pfeiffer, Katharine Towne, Miranda Otto, and James Remar.
The movie has received a new 4K transfer from the original 35mm camera negative. The tech specs for the 4K include a 2160p video presentation in the 2.39:1 aspect ratio with Dolby Vision (or HDR10) and DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 and 2.0 stereo sound. This release will come as a “combo pack” with its Blu-ray Disc counterpart included. Tech specs for the Blu-ray include a 1080p HD video presentation the 2.39:1 aspect ratio and DTS-HD MA 5.1 and 2.0 stereo sound.
