The 2010 film Devil is coming to 4K in early October

The 2010 film “Devil” is officially coming to 4K UHD Blu-ray on October 8th via Scream Factory. The film, directed by John Erick Dowdle, co-written and produced by M. Night Shyamalan, starred Chris Messina, Logan Marshall-Green, Jenny O’Hara, Bojana Novakovic, Bokeem Woodbine, Geoffrey Arend, Jacob Vargas, and Matt Craven.

The movie has received a 4K restoration from the interpositive negative. Tech specs for the 4K release include a 2160p video presentation in the 2.39:1 aspect ratio with Dolby Vision and HDR10 forms of high dynamic range and DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 surround and 2.0 Stereo lossless sound. The release will come as a “combo pack” with the Blu-ray Disc counterpart included, using the 4K restoration. You can now find the 4K UHD Blu-ray available for preorder at Amazon, online retailer GRUV, and directly via Shout! Factory’s website. HBO limited series “Sharp Objects” with Amy Adams on Blu-ray in November

The 2018 limited series “Sharp Objects“ starring Amy Adams is coming to Blu-ray Disc on November 27th via HBO (Warner). This critically-acclaimed miniseries, created by Marti Noxon, co-stars Patricia Clarkson, Chris Messina, Eliza Scanlen, Matt Craven, Henry Czerny, Taylor John Smith, Madison Davenport, Miguel Sandoval, and Sophia Lillis. It’s also worth noting this is “Certified Fresh” over at Rotten Tomatoes where, at time of writing, it carries a 93% rating.

“Sharp Objects“ is available for PRE-ORDER on Blu-ray over at Amazon. Tech specs for the release include full 1080p HD video in the 1.78:1 aspect ratio with the audio yet to be announced, spanning across a 2-disc set. The release will include a digital copy of the episodes in the miniseries. Bonus materials set to be included on the release are listed below.
