A Working Man comes to 4K and Blu-ray in June

The 2025 film “A Working Man” comes to 4K UHD Blu-ray and Blu-ray on June 10th via Warner Bros. Discovery Home Entertainment. David Ayer directed the film, which Sylvester Stallone co-wrote and produced. The movie starred Jason Statham,  Jason Flemyng, David Harbour, Maximillian Osinski, Merab Ninidze, and Michael Peña. It’s certainly worth noting that audiences have made this “Verified Hot” on Rotten Tomatoes, despite critics not being as kind.

The tech specs for the 4K include a 2160p video presentation in a 2.39:1 aspect ratio with HDR10 and Dolby Atmos sound. Tech specs for the Blu-ray include a 1080p HD video presentation in a 2.39:1 aspect ratio and Dolby Atmos. Each release will include a digital copy of the film. No bonus material will be included on either physical media release.

2000 Guy Ritchie film Snatch gets a 4K UHD Blu-ray in July

The 2000 film “Snatch” is officially coming to 4K UHD Blu-ray on July 13th via Sony Pictures Home Entertainment. The film, both written & directed by Guy Ritchie, starred Jason Statham, Brad Pitt, Benicio Del Toro, Dennis Farina, Vinne Jones, Rade Serbedzija, Andy Beckwith, Robbie Gee, Lennie James, Ade, Jason Flemyng, and Alan Ford. This movie has been “newly remastered in 4K resolution from the original camera negative.” Tech specs for the 4K release include a 2160p video presentation in the 1.85:1 aspect ratio with HDR10 form of high dynamic range and Dolby Atmos as well as the original US/UK theatrical DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 surround sound. The release will come in the form of a “combo pack” meaning that it will come with its Blu-ray Disc counterpart as well as a digital code (copy) of the film. You can find the 4K UHD Blu-ray now available to preorder over at Amazon as well as numerous retailers. The bonus materials set to be included on this 4K release of the film are listed below.

Iron Mask with Schwarzenegger and Chan on Blu-ray

The 2019 Chinese film “Iron Mask“ (AKA “Journey to China: The Mystery of Iron Mask”) co-starring Arnold Schwarzenegger and Jackie Chan is officially coming to Blu-ray Disc on November 24th via Lionsgate. The film, directed by Oleg Stepchenko, co-stars Jason Flemyng, Yao Xingtong, Anna Churina, Charles Dance, and the late great Rutger Hauer in one of his final screen performances. Tech specs for the Blu-ray release include a 1080p HD presentation in the 1.85:1 aspect ratio with DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 sound. The release will come with a digital code (copy) of the film included. UPDATE: You can now find this film on Blu-ray available for preorder over at Amazon.
