The HBO original series “Task: The Complete First Season“ is coming to Blu-ray on April 21st via Warner Bros. Discovery Home Entertainment.

The show was created by Brad Ingelsby, who also wrote half of the episodes. It stars Mark Ruffalo, Emilia Jones, Alison Oliver, Fabien Frankel, Thuso Mbedo, Silvia Dionicio, Phoebe Fox, and Martha Plimpton. The tech specs for the Blu-ray set include a 1080p HD video presentation in a 2.00:1 aspect ratio with lossless DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 surround sound, on a 3-disc set.

The Blu-ray is now available for preorder at Amazon, Barnes & Noble, GRUV, and MovieZyng. The bonus materials included are detailed below.

The HBO original series “A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms: The Complete First Season” is coming to 4K UHD Blu-ray and Blu-ray on June 16th via Warner Bros. Discovery Home Entertainment.

The show, created by George R.R. Martin & Ira Parker, is a spin-off, or rather origin story, set before the events of the “Game of Thrones” series. It stars Peter Claffey and Dexter Sol Ansell. The supporting cast includes Daniel Ings, Danny Webb, Shaun Thomas, Finn Bennett, Daniel Monks, Sam Spruell, Bertie Carvel, and Cara Harris.

The tech specs for the 4K UHD Blu-ray and Blu-ray have yet to be detailed, but I have put in a request to Warner for further details. Stay tuned for an update on that. The show will be presented in a 2.00:1 aspect ratio on both formats.

The HBO original “Curb Your Enthusiasm: The Complete Series“ is coming to Blu-ray Disc on October 14th via Warner Bros. Discovery Home Entertainment. The show premiered in 2000 and ran for a total of twelve seasons, spanning 120 episodes. The show starred Larry David, Jeff Garlin, Cheryl Hines, Susie Essman, JB Smoove, Richard Lewis, Bob Einstein, Shelley Berman, Ted Danson, and Vince Vaughn.

The tech specs for the Blu-ray release include a 24-disc set with a 1080p HD video presentation in a variety of 1.33:1 and 1.78:1 aspect ratios with Dolby Digital 2.0 Stereo [for seasons 1-6] and Dolby Digital 5.1 surround sound [for seasons 7-12].

The Last of Us Season 2 comes to 4K and Blu-ray

“The Last of Us: The Complete Second Season” comes to 4K UHD Blu-ray, 4K UHD Blu-ray SteelBook, and Blu-ray on September 23rd. These releases will come via Warner Bros. Discovery Home Entertainment. The show, based on the video game, stars Pedro Pascal as “Joel” and Bella Ramsey as “Ellie.”

In its second season, it costars Gabriel Luna, Rutina Wesley, and Kaitlyn Dever. It also features Isabela Merced, Young Mazino, and Ariela Barer. Other stars include Tati Gabrielle, Spencer Lord, and Danny Ramirez. Additionally, Jeffrey Wright and Catherine O’Hara are in the cast.

The HBO original TV series “Dune: Prophecy – The Complete First Season” is coming to 4K UHD Blu-ray and Blu-ray Disc. It will be released on April 15th via Warner Bros. Discovery Home Entertainment. This is according to retailers, as the title has yet to be officially announced by the studio. The show, based on the novel “Dune” written by Frank Herbert, was created by Diane Ademu-John and Alison Schapker. The cast features Emily Watson, Olivia Williams, and Chloe Lea. It also includes Jade Anouka, Faoileann Cunningham, and Chris Mason. Additionally, there’s Mark Strong, Travis Fimmel, Jodhi May, and Shalom Brune-Franklin.

The tech specs for the 4K release include a 2160p video presentation in the 2.00:1 aspect ratio with Dolby Vision and HDR10 forms of high dynamic range and Dolby Atmos sound. Tech specs for the Blu-ray include a 1080p HD video presentation in the 2.00:1 aspect ratio with Dolby Atmos sound. It does not seem that digital copy will be included with these releases. The bonus materials materials also have not yet been detailed, but stay tuned for an update.

“Veep: The Complete Series” is coming to Blu-ray Disc on October 22nd via Warner Bros. Discovery Home Entertainment, according to retail sources. The show ran for 7 seasons and it starred Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Anna Chlumsky, Tony Hale, Reid Scott, Timothy Simons, Matt Walsh, Gary Cole, and Kevin Dunn. Tech specs for the release include a 1080p HD video presentation in the 1.78:1 aspect ratio and DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 lossless surround sound. The Blu-ray set is available for preorder at Amazon and Walmart, as well as the online retailer GRUV. The set will include hours of bonus materials from the seasons previously released on Blu-ray.

Succession: The Complete Series on Blu-ray in August

As seen on HBO, the show starred Brian Cox, Jeremy Strong, Sarah Snook, Kieran Culkin, Alan Ruck, Matthew Macfadyen, Nicholas Braun, J. Smith-Cameron, Peter Friedman, David Rasche, and Fisher Stevens.

You can now find the Blu-ray set available for preorder over at Amazon. It’s worth noting that only the first season of this show has ever received a Blu-ray release, so this will be the first time that the second, third, and fourth seasons will be available in HD on the format. The bonus materials for the set are said to include the following:
