Five Nights at Freddy’s 2 on 4K and Blu-ray in February

Commissions Earned

The 2025 sequel “Five Nights at Freddy’s 2” is coming to 4K UHD Blu-ray, 4K UHD Blu-ray SteelBook, and Blu-ray on February 17th via Universal Studios Home Entertainment. Emma Tammi directed the movie, which was written by the original game’s creator, Scott Cawthon. It stars Josh Hutcherson, Elizabeth Lail, Piper Rubio, Wayne Knight, and Matthew Lillard.

The tech specs for the 4K UHD Blu-ray include a 2160p video presentation in a 2.00:1 aspect ratio with Dolby Vision (HDR10 compatible) and Dolby Atmos sound, on a BD-100 disc. The tech specs for the Blu-ray include a 1080p HD video presentation in a 2.00:1 aspect ratio and Dolby Atmos sound, on a BD-50 disc. The 4K release(s) will come as a 2-disc “combo pack” with the Blu-ray Disc counterpart included. Both the 4K and Blu-ray physical media releases will each include a digital code (copy) of the film compatible with Movies Anywhere.

The 4K UHD Blu-ray, 4K UHD Blu-ray SteelBook, and Blu-ray are now available for preorder at online retailer GRUV. Additionally, you can find that the 4K UHD Blu-ray, 4K SteelBook, and Blu-ray are also available for preorder at Walmart. The artwork and contents of the 4K UHD Blu-ray SteelBook are pictured below.
