2021 horror film Antlers comes to Blu-ray in January

The 2021 film “Antlers” is officially coming to Blu-ray Disc on January 4th, 2022 via Searchlight Pictures (Disney). The film, directed by Scott Cooper, was produced by Guillermo del Toro and David S. Goyer and its cast includes Keri Russell, Jesse Plemons, Jeremy T. Thomas, Graham Greene, Scott Haze, Rory Cochrane, and Amy Madigan.

The tech specs for the Blu-ray include a 1080p HD video presentation in the 1.85:1 aspect ratio and DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 lossless surround sound. You cannot yet find the Blu-ray available for preorder anywhere, but stay tuned for an update on that. The release will come with a digital code (copy) of the film and the following extras.

1998 film Blade starring Wesley Snipes on 4K in December

The 1998 film Blade starring Wesley Snipes is coming to 4K UHD Blu-ray on December 1st, via Warner, it appears according to the retail sources. The film, directed by Stephen Norrington & written by David S. Goyer, co-starred Stephen DorffKris Kristofferson, N’Bushe Wright, Donal Logue, Udo Kier, Arly Jover, and Traci Lords. The tech specs for the release include a 2160p 4K presentation in the 2.39:1 aspect ratio with Dolby Vision and HDR10 form of High Dynamic Range and Dolby Atmos sound, with a Dolby TrueHD 7.1 core. It should be noted that this title has not yet been officially announced by the studio (Warner) but, at this point, it’s pretty obviously coming. It is also known (from artwork pictured above) that the release will come in the form of a “combo pack” meaning that it will include its Blu-ray Disc counterpart along with a digital code (copy) of the film. You can now find the 4K UHD Blu-ray is available to preorder over at Amazon. The 4K UHD Blu-ray is also now available for preorder over at retailer Best Buy as well as over at online retailers Deep Discount and HD MOVIE SOURCE. The film will also be receiving a 4K UHD Blu-ray SteelBook exclusively at retailer Best Buy, which is pictured below and now available for preorder as well.
