The 2020 film “Greenland” starring Gerard Butler is officially coming to Blu-ray Disc on February 9th via Universal Studios Home Entertainment. The film, directed by Ric Roman Waugh, co-stars Morena Baccarin, David Denman, Hope Davis, Holt McCallany, and Scott Glenn. The tech specs for the Blu-ray release include a 1080p HD video presentation in the 2.39:1 aspect ratio with DTS-HD Master Audio 7.1 sound. The release will come in the form of a “combo pack” meaning that it’ll include its DVD counterpart as well as a digital code (copy) of the film. You can now find the Blu-ray available to preorder over at Amazon. It’s certainly worth noting, that at the time of writing, this film is “Certified Fresh” over at Rotten Tomatoes. The bonus materials set to be included with the release are listed below.

The film, directed by David Yarovesky and produced by James Gunn, stars Elizabeth Banks, David Denman, Jackson A. Dunn, Matt Jones, and Meredith Hagner. The tech specs for the 4K and the Blu-ray have not yet been detailed although you likely can expect HDR10 form of High Dynamic Range on the 4K and Dolby Atmos sound on both. The film, based on true events, co-stars Pablo Schreiber, James Badge Dale, David Denman, Dominic Fumusa, Max Martini, Alexia Barlier, and David Costabile. The tech specs for the 4K release have not yet been detailed but you can expect a 2160p presentation with at least the HDR10 form of High Dynamic Range and Dolby Atmos sound (as found on the previous Blu-ray). The release will come in the form of a “combo pack” with a Blu-ray Disc and a digital copy of the film included. The bonus materials from the original Blu-ray release will be the only form of extras.
