The complete limited series “Scott Pilgrim Takes Off“ is coming to Blu-ray Disc on December 2nd via Universal Studios Home Entertainment. The TV series was originally available streaming on Netflix. It was co-created by BenDavid Grabinski and the creator of the “Scott Pilgrim” graphic novels, Bryan Lee O’Malley. It’s certainly worth noting that Edgar Wright served as an executive producer on the series. The animated series featured the voices of Michael Cera, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Kieran Culkin, Chris Evans, Anna Kendrick, Brie Larson, Allison Pill, Aubrey Plaza, Brandon Routh, Jason Schwartzman, and Mae Whitman.
The tech specs for the Blu-ray include a 1080p HD video presentation in a 1.78:1 aspect ratio with lossless DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 surround sound.

The 4K tech specs include a 2160p video presentation in the 2.39:1 aspect ratio with Dolby Vision (or HDR10) form of high dynamic range and Dolby Atmos sound. Tech specs for the Blu-ray include a 1080p HD video presentation in the 2.39:1 aspect ratio and Dolby Atmos sound. Both the 4K UHD Blu-ray and Blu-ray will include a digital copy of the film. The film, directed by Bong Joon Ho, starred Chris Evans, Ed Harris, John Hurt, Tilda Swinton, Jamie Bell, Octavia Spencer, Allison Pill, Ewen Bremner, and Ko Ah-sung. It’s worth noting that this film is “Certified Fresh” (by critics) on Rotten Tomatoes.
The tech specs for the 4K release include a 2160p video presentation in the 1.85:1 aspect ratio with Dolby Vision and HDR10 forms of high dynamic range and Dolby Atmos sound. The release will come as a “combo pack.” Its Blu-ray counterpart will be included along with bonus Blu-ray disc and a digital copy of the film.
