The 1998 film Snake Eyes is coming to 4K in December

The 1998 film “Snake Eyes” is officially coming to 4K UHD Blu-ray and Special Edition Blu-ray Disc on December 17th via KL Studio Classics. Brian De Palma directed the film and it starred Nicolas Cage, Gary Sinise, John Heard, Carla Gugino, Stan Shaw, Kevin Dunn, Michael Rispoli, Luis Guzman, Mike Starr, and Tamara Tunie.
The movie has received a new master from a 16-bit 4K scan of the 35mm original camera negative. The 4K tech specs include a 2160p video presentation in the 2.39:1 aspect ratio with Dolby Vision and HDR10 forms of high dynamic range, DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 surround, and 2.0 stereo lossless sound, on a BD-100 disc. The release will come as a “combo pack” with its Blu-ray counterpart included. The 4K UHD Blu-ray and Special Edition Blu-ray are now available for preorder at Amazon and directly via Kino Lorber’s website.
