The 2020 film The Hunt comes to 4K in April

The 2020 film “The Hunt” is coming to 4K UHD Blu-ray on April 22nd via Scream Factory. The film, directed by Craig Zobel, was co-written by Nick Cuse and Damon Lindelof. It starred Betty Gilpin, Hilary Swank, Ike Barinholtz, Ethan Suplee, Emma Roberts, Wayne Duvall, and Glenn Howerton.

The movie is in a new 4K presentation from the original elements. The tech specs for the 4K release include a 2160p video presentation in the 2.39:1 aspect ratio with Dolby Vision (or HDR10) and Dolby Atmos, DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 surround and 2.0 stereo lossless sound. The release will come as a “combo pack” with its Blu-ray Disc counterpart included.

Blumhouse’s “The Hunt” comes to Blu-ray June

The 2020 film “The Hunt“ is officially coming to Blu-ray Disc on June 9th via Universal. The film, produced by Jason Blum & directed by Craig Zobel, stars Betty Gilpin, Hilary Swank, Ike Barinholtz, Wayne Duvall, Ethan Suplee, Glenn Howerton, Kate Nowlin, Betty Gilpin, and Justin Hartley. Tech specs for the Blu-ray include 1080p HD video in the 2.39:1 and DTS-HD Master Audio 7.1 sound on a BD-50 (50-gigabyte dual-layered disc). The release will come in the form of a “combo pack” meaning that it will receive its DVD counterpart as well as a digital code (copy) of the film. You can now find the Blu-ray available for preorder over at Amazon. The 2020 remake of the film “The Grudge“ is officially coming to Blu-ray Disc on March 24th, via Sony. The film (not to be mistaken for the 2004 remake) was directed by Nicolas Pesce & produced by Sam Raimi, and stars Tara Westwood, Junko Bailey, David Lawrence Brown, Andrea Riseborough, Demián Bichir, Joel Marsh Garland, Bradley Sawatzky, Betty Gilpin, Lin Shaye, John Cho, and Jackie Weaver. The tech specs for the Blu-ray include video in the 2.39:1 aspect ratio with DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 sound. The release will come with a digital (code) copy of the film.
