The 2000 film Red Planet comes to 4K in November

The 2000 film “Red Planet” is coming to 4K UHD Blu-ray in a Limited Edition set on November 18th via Arrow Video. Antony Hoffman directed the movie. It starred Val Kilmer, Carrie-Ann Moss, Tom Sizemore, Benjamin Bratt, Simon Baker. Also, it co-starred Terence Stamp, Jessica Morton, Caroline Bossi, Bob Neill, and Neil Ross.

The tech specs for the 4K UHD Blu-ray include a 2160p video presentation in a 2.39:1 aspect ratio with Dolby Vision and HDR10, along with lossless DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 surround sound. Demolition Man gets 4K and new Blu-ray in December

The 1993 film “Demolition Man” will come to 4K UHD Blu-ray and Blu-ray Disc limited edition sets on December 17th via Arrow Video. The film, directed by Marco Brambilla, starred Sylvester Stallone, Wesley Snipes, Sandra Bullock, Nigel Hawthorne, Benjamin Bratt, Bob Gunton, and Denis Leary.

The movie has received a “brand new 4K restoration from the original 35mm camera negative by Arrow Films, approved by director Marco Brambilla.” The tech specs for the 4K release include a 2160p video presentation in the 2.39:1 aspect ratio with Dolby Vision and HDR10 forms of high dynamic range and Dolby Atmos as well as the original DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 lossless surround sound. Tech specs for the Blu-ray include a 1080p HD video presentation in the 2.39:1 aspect ratio and Dolby Atmos and DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 lossless surround sound.
