The Bad Guys 2 on 4K and Blu-ray in October

The 2025 DreamWorks Animation sequel “The Bad Guys 2” is coming to 4K UHD Blu-ray and Blu-ray on October 7th via Universal Studios Home Entertainment. The movie was co-directed by Pierre Perifel and JP Sans. This features the voice talents of Sam Rockwell, Marc Maron, Craig Robinson, Anthony Ramos, and Awkwafina. Its voice cast co-stars Zazie Beetz, Lily Singh, Alex Borstein, and Richard Ayoade. It’s worth mentioning that this film is “Certified Fresh” (based on critics) and “Verified Hot” (based on audience ratings) at Rotten Tomatoes.

The tech specs for the 4K UHD Blu-ray include a 2160p video presentation in a 2.39:1 aspect ratio with Dolby Vision and HDR10, accompanied by Dolby Atmos sound, on a BD-100 disc. Tech specs for the Blu-ray include a 1080p HD video presentation in a 2.39:1 aspect ratio with Dolby Atmos sound, on a BD-50 disc. The 4K release will come as a 2-disc “combo pack” with a Blu-ray Disc counterpart included. Both the 4K UHD and Blu-ray physical media releases will also feature a digital copy of the film compatible with Movies Anywhere.

Jurassic World Rebirth 4K and Blu-ray September

A 4K UHD Blu-ray SteelBook (pictured above) will also be released. Gareth Edwards directed, and David Koepp wrote the screenplay. It stars Scarlett Johansson, Mahershala Ali, Jonathan Bailey, Rupert Friend, Manuel Garcia-Rulfo, and Ed Skrein.

The tech specs for the 4K include a 2160p video presentation in a 2.39:1 aspect ratio with HDR10, accompanied by Dolby Atmos sound, on a BD-100 disc. Tech specs for the Blu-ray include a 1080p HD video presentation in a 2.39:1 aspect ratio and Dolby Atmos sound, on a BD-50 disc. Cinderella Man is coming to 4K in September

The 2005 film “Cinderella Man“ is coming to 4K UHD Blu-ray on September 16th, courtesy of Universal Studios Home Entertainment. Ron Howard directed and produced the film along with Brian Grazer. It starred Russell Crowe, Renee Zellweger, Paul Giamatti, Craig Bierko, Bruce McGill, and Paddy Considine. The movie was nominated for a total of three Academy Awards. It’s also worth noting that it holds a “Certified Fresh” rating from critics on Rotten Tomatoes.

The tech specs for the 4K include a 2160p video presentation in a 2.35:1 aspect ratio with Dolby Vision and HDR10 along with Dolby Atmos sound, on a BD-100 disc. The 2-disc release will come as a “combo pack” with its Blu-ray Disc counterpart included. A digital copy compatible with Movies Anywhere will also be included.

M3GAN 2.0 comes to 4K and Blu-ray in September

The 2025 sequel “M3GAN 2.0” is coming to 4K UHD Blu-ray and Blu-ray on September 23rd via Universal Studios Home Entertainment. It will also arrive on 4K UHD Blu-ray SteelBook (pictured in the center above). Gerard Johnstone directed and co-wrote the film. It stars Allison Williams, Violet McGraw, Ivanna Sakhno, and Jemaine Clement. The home video releases will include both an UNRATED cut and the theatrical version.

The 2005 film “The 40-Year-Old Virgin” is coming to 4K UHD Blu-ray and 4K UHD Blu-ray SteelBook on August 12th via Universal Studios Home Entertainment. The 1996 film Happy Gilmore on 4K in August

The 1996 comedy “Happy Gilmore“ is coming to 4K UHD Blu-ray on August 19th via KL Studio Classics (Kino Lorber). Dennis Dugan directed the film. It starred Adam Sandler, Christopher McDonald, Julie Bowen, and Carl Weathers. Additionally, it co-starred Frances Bay, Ben Stiller, Allen Covert, Robert Smigel, Richard Kiel, and Bob Barker.

The movie has received a new master from a 6K scan of the EK original negative.
