The tech specs for the 4K UHD Blu-ray include a 2160p video presentation in a 1.37:1 aspect ratio with Dolby Vision (HDR10 compatible) and lossless DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 surround sound. The release will include a digital copy of the film, likely only compatible with Fandango at Home.

The 4K UHD Blu-ray is now available for preorder at Amazon. The only bonus material set to be included on the release is “The Making of Hearts of Darkness: A Filmmaker’s Apocalypse.”

The tech specs [for each film] on 4K UHD Blu-ray include a 2160p video presentation in a 1.85:1 aspect ratio, accompanied by Dolby Vision (HDR10 compatible), and lossless 5.1 and 2.0 stereo sound, all on a BD-100 disc [for each]. The audio should be in DTS-HD Master Audio. Each release will come as a 2-disc “combo pack” with its Blu-ray Disc counterpart included.

The tech specs for the 4K UHD Blu-ray include a 2160p video presentation in a 1.85:1 aspect ratio with Dolby Vision (HDR10 compatible) high dynamic range, along with lossless DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 and 2.0 surround sound. This release will come with a digital copy, likely compatible with Movies Anywhere. Although that has yet to be confirmed.

American Psycho gets 25th Anniversary Edition 4K

The tech specs for the release include a 2160p video presentation in a 2.39:1 aspect ratio with Dolby Vision (HDR10 compatible) and Dolby Atmos sound, on a BD-100 disc. The release will be the UNRATED Uncut Version (102 minutes), not the theatrical R-rated version.

The release will include some very imaginative packaging with a certain twist for those who are fans of the Huey Lewis and the News album “Sports.” The 4K disc will come packaged inside a CD jewel case along with some business cards to die for, as well as replica credit and Blockbuster membership cards (as seen below).

The 25th Anniversary Collector’s Edition 4K UHD Blu-ray is now available exclusively for preorder via the Lionsgate Limited website. It’s also worth noting that a VHS “Be Kind, Rewind” edition of the film will also be available in December via Lionsgate Limited as an exclusive.
